I am different from other athletes because Im the type of person where even if i just got out of any type of practice for any type of sport I still work out after that. I make sure Im steps ahead of people and work harder than others. I would make a good leg on any college team because i love to work. Also in school i make sure my grades are right and Im ahead of other athletes academically. Excuses is not in my dictionary because its only for those who dont wanna work or do something to get that work in. Results are key.

- Form and conditioning for track
- 4 years
- I do strength training in the months of the offseason including speed drills and form work at the track on the weekends. Explosion work to keep my 200 take off deadly and my turn over to win the last stretch. I work on having better form. Having great technique and speed is the key for me to become a better track runner and to get ready for the next level.
