My goal is to design buildings in the future, so I'm looking to pursue a career in architecture while continuing my passion for Track & Field.
When someone sees potential in me, in an area that I don't see in myself, I am willing to trying something new while giving my best efforts. For example, I started off competing in the 400m in middle school and considered that "my event", but when I got to high school, my coach saw I had potential in hurdles. Having had no experience in hurdles, my coach's guidance has definitely benefited me, which has allowed me to continually grow in the 110m and 300m hurdles.
As I have challenged myself athletically, I have also challenged myself academically by taking numerous AP courses.
I am a dedicated and hardworking student. I am looking for a college/university to not only allow me to use my current knowledge and skills, but will also allow me to grow academically, improve my athletic abilities, and achieve my goals.
