I started at 6th grade for Cross country and Track and field. Don't except they was doing hard effort. good experience for through 4 years of both. I got two time injury at 8th- ligament can't play up to 4 weeks and 11th by hip flex i think (little tear) during regional time but managed to 64th out of 120th was my last race and got best personally time- 19:45. Practice almost everyday make me more getting back to better in shape but still training improving because i can feel or see myself from the run form is not done.
Right now I'm (17:15 Official) 5k but should've 16:45 sub by confusing count lap indoor track season.
