Grayson Venezia '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Grayson Venezia, and I am a varsity pole vaulter looking to continue growing in my sport at the collegiate level. My current personal record is 15'3". I just completed my junior year, and plan to pursue my degree in engineering after graduation. I have maintained all A's in my coursework, including my honors and AP classes. I compete year-round in my sport. I participate on my school team during our GHSA season, and I took third place in the 2023 6 AAAAAA Georgia state meet. I earned All-American after placing sixth in the 2023 Adidas Track Indoor Nationals. I am also part of a club travel team and recently competed in the Wingfoot Night of Champions Meet at Georgia Tech, and The Nation Scholarship Invitational at The IMG Academy.

I love the camaraderie on my track team and in the local pole vaulting community. We encourage each other and provide each other with feedback to grow. We learn so much from our coaches and each other. A college that would best fit me is one where the team works together this way.
