My name is Garison Coleman; I am a Senior at Greenforest Christian Academy in Decatur, Georgia. I maintain a GPA of 3.4 while running track and field. I have been training ever since the quarantine started. I have my regular practice with my trainer, and then I practice on my own. My practices are designed to push myself and build my conditioning, ultimately making me better than the next athlete. I always do my best, as I will continue focusing on accomplishing my student-athletic goals. I would be an outstanding colleague student-athlete because I am a hard worker, disciplined, and focused. I have a colleague goal to win an NCAA championship as a team member and an individual title while at the colleague level.
My academic goal is to major in Psychology; I want to assist those in a mental institution and incarcerated prepare to adjust to society.

- In the 400m Indoor events, I was able to accomplish and new PR of 51.51. I moved from being ranked 20th to 8th in Georgia. In the 400m, I finished 5th out of 29. And in the 200m, I finished 12th out of 53. My focus is now on training for my outdoor season. My goal is to make it to the State my senior year in high school. I'm looking forward to track and field at the collegiate level.

- I participated in the Alabama Regional Tune-up on 7/11/20. I competed in the 400M, !00M and 200m. In the 400m without blocks 50.85 and finished first place. And in the 100m without block, I finished 2nd with 11.15. In the 200m with blocks, I finished 1st and PR 21.99. I will load up the 200m video soon of the Alabama Regional.

- Garison broke school record at Greenforest Academy in Decatur Ga. The record previous record 53.67 since 2016. Garison broke the school record on 2/16/19 with 53.47. On 3/2/19 Garison broke his on record and PR at 52.67. Min GAmilesplit -Garison is ranked at 119 out of 1000 running the 400m. Garison has broken his own record set earlier, the new record is now 52.20. He is rank 6th in his 1A private region 5. Garison finished 5th with an 51.09 in the Area Region April 30, 2019. Also, he broke his on school record set a couple of weeks ago. The new record set is now 51.09. Garison now advance to the Semifinals Area Region which will be held at Landmark on May 2, 2019. In the Area Region Finials Garison finished with a time of 50.49. In Georgia Garison is ranked 124.
