Personal Statement

I am an aspiring athlete at Flowery Branch High School, which has one of the most reputable distance running programs in the state of Georgia. I work hard to be my best at my sport: running, training 50-60 miles per week. I hope to run a 4:20 in the 1600 and under 2:00 in the 800 this track season. I am in the top 7% of my class, and I will graduate with 8 AP classes and many honors classes. I've accomplished that while holding a part-time job the last 2 years of high school. I am also a volunteer at my church. I enjoy helping people, which enables me to better understand people. I'm a hard worker in anything I take on; and once I set my goals, I'll stop at nothing to achieve them.
