I am a strong, switch lead-leg hurdler, giving me an edge over the competition, especially in the middle to latter portion of the race as other athletes stutter or slow down to get to their preferred leg. I attack every hurdle with either leg.
Im a good long sprinter and Im able to convert my 300h time into a solid 400m hurdle time, not fading in the final 100m as many do.
Coaches tell me that my work ethic during practices & training is incredible. And I believe its true. I give my best effort - all the time, every time. I like the workouts, the training, the meets, the team fun, the goal setting, the improvement, the individual achievements. I compete in the summer in both AAU & USATF plus the regular high school season.
I have been a nationally top-ranked athlete on MileSplit in the 300meter hurdles since my 6th grade year, as well as in the 400meter hurdles since adding that race in 2015.
