Donovan Piper '11 Recruiting Profile

Hi, I'm Donnie Piper. I am 6'1, 160lbs. I won State last year with a vault of 13' and have been vaulting seriously for a little over a year now reaching over 14' now. I will be practicing and competing in track meets all over the south-east during the off season. I would like to go to school in the south-east, but that is not necessary. The weather conditions of the south-east and staying close to my family would be nice. I am looking for any size college that offers mid to high levels (difficulty) of engineering and/or law courses. My desired major is Mechanical Engineering, but I am really thinking about practicing Law also. I really want to be on a competent team, and to make a impact on the people I am around. I will bring a lot of HARD WORK and dedication to any program that I am a part of. At my school, I am the guy who vaults when everyone else is playing football and basketball. Pushing hard in the classroom helps me to push hard outside on the rubber, so school is important to me also.
