I am working hard to improve my times and maintain my academics because they are very important to me so that I can be very competitive senior year. Despite the long breaks due to Covid I train .(50-60 miles a week.) Consisting of these miles are long runs, workouts, and tempo runs. Currently I have just finished my first season of tracks with times that have somewhat hit my goals. Because of a lung infection, I was unable to finish my season on a high, but now I look to training for a sucsseful cross country season in august and working hard to improve my academics .By the end of senior year, I am reaching for times that will be competitive.
Desired times-
1600-4:28 (spring 2022)
800-1:58 (spring 2022)
5k-15:53 (Cross Country 2021)
