I am a Class of 2025 track hurdler and play varsity basketball, with my track season best time of 15.72s, 110m high hurdles, with aspirations to pursue a degree in business and mechanics.
I have developed my hurdling technique through training and competition. I focus on stride frequency, efficient hurdle clearance, and re-acceleration after each hurdle it allows me to maintain consistent speed throughout the race. I understand that hurdling involves both sprinting and technical skills. I've worked on maximizing front side mechanics while minimizing back side mechanics but am open to any additional coaching technique. My passion lies in the intersection of business and mechanics. I am eager to explore how these fields intersect, innovate, and drive progress. My academic pursuits will complement my athletic dedication. I am a quick learner and adapt well to new challenges. Hurdling has taught me resilience. I’ve faced setbacks, but I always bounce back stronger. This mindset extends beyond the track—I embrace challenges with a positive attitude. As a hurdler, I’ve captained our team during training sessions and meets. I believe in motivating and supporting teammates to achieve collective success. I am disciplined and committed. Balancing academics, athletics, and personal growth requires time management and unwavering dedication. I thrive under pressure.
