I’m a good person, I’m very coachable, and would love to be an All-American in college at whatever level. I was the Class A state champion in shot put and discus both my seventh grade year. Unfortunately, my eighth grade year was canceled due to Covid and as a freshman I had Covid myself during sectionals. I was a state qualifier as a sophomore in shotput and last year qualified and discus and placed sixth. I’ve been a double sport athlete throughout my high school career. Lead my basketball team in scoring for JV my freshman and sophomore year and as a junior for my varsity team last year. I played varsity as a freshman and sophomore, and as a sophomore my team placed second in state. I’m a highly motivated athlete, and very driven to win. Unfortunately, I have never had an actual throws coach that I worked with on a daily basis. Both my mom and dad threw in college and helped me a lot when I was younger. I now work with a coach from a neighboring school once or twice a week. I am confident with a good coach, and a set training and lifting program I have not yet tapped my potential.
