2021 SpotlightPersonal Statement
I began running in middle school as a way to get in shape for other sports, but I quickly fell in love with the atmosphere and challenge that cross country brings. I don't have the most natural talent of any runner, but I can promise any coach that I will be the hardest working, most dedicated athlete AND student on the team.

- I've been training for the past 7 years, however in the last year and a half I have ran year round with a couple weeks off. I run mostly long distance training however I do specialized speed and track workouts on occasion.
