Hello Coaches, My name is Grant Hein and I will be an upcoming Senior this next coming school year. I run the shuttle hurdle relay, 200 meter dash, 4x200 meter relay, and the 4x100 meter relay. I didn't get a chance to run freshman year due to COVID-19, but however my sophomore year I had an surgery where I missed half of the season but came back mid season to get to run at Central Dewitt. I ran a 26.57 split that meet but this year I averaged a 24.5 split for my open 200 and the 4x200. Sophomore year for shuttle hurdle I ran a 17.8 split, and this year as a junior I ran a 17.3 split. And Coaches finally I ran a 11.7 split in the 4x100 meter relay. I have put in a lot of hard work dedication these last two track seasons. I do not plan stopping this hard work moving forward my senior year, which is why I'm putting hard work during the summer. Also I'm always student before an Athlete which is why I put hard work into the classroom, and I always support my Team at practice and at meets knowing they can preform at their best.
