Personal Statement
Hello coaches! My name is Anthony Goemaat and I'm a sophomore at North Mahaska Junior-Senior High in Southeast, Iowa. I would like to tell you that I love the sport of track and I mean this very much. My goals in life are to broadcast sporting events for ESPN or run college track for a university that would like to take a chance on me. My freshman year I was .01 away from making state and it crushed me when I found out I was going to state and now it's motivation to me so this year I can go to state. What makes me different from other recruits is that I'm willing to work 24/7 on my classes, behavior, attitude, performance, and what I can do to make myself a better athlete and person.
