Personal Statement
My name is Hudson Frank and XC and Track are my loves and passions! I am a senior at Southeast Polk in Iowa and we compete at the highest level in the State and against the strongest competition. I have competed at the State XC meet as a Sophomore and been a varsity runner 3/4 years and an alternate to the State meet and varsity team as a Freshman. I am a "Swiss Army knife" track athlete and can run 800s, 400s, Shuttle Hurdles and the 400 Hurdles. Steeplechase may be my calling! I want to continue my athletic career after high school and be a student athlete at your college or university! I am coachable and a team guy and have always been! I also love Basketball and have excelled in that sport too but this is my sport!!!!
