My goals for collegiate volleyball are to work hard, learn, and improve my own personal skills, as well as to contribute to the team's success and ensure there is a good team environment. Academically I aspire to take new classes and earn a degree in something that interests me and can guide me into my future. I am different from others because I don't like drama and excuses. I respect hard work, effort, and sacrifice and I think I can be my own toughest critic at times. Individual success is important to me, but helping my team and teammates to perform at their highest level is what I enjoy the most. One of the highlights from my senior season was getting to help our junior middle grow her confidence and succeed at the varsity level. I also take difficult classes that challenge me academically and I strive to achieve high academic honors which have been important to me throughout high school and will continue to be throughout my college career. I am a good candidate for your team because I will be a solid contributor to the team in both the classroom and on the court. I want to be individually successful as well as to help build relationships, the team, and the program.
