Michael Spooner '26 Recruiting Profile

I believe that a collegiate track and field program will provide me with the opportunity to grow as an athlete and as a person. I'm eager to learn from experienced coaches and teammates and to push myself to new limits. I'm also excited to contribute to the team in any way I can, whether it's by setting new records, cheering on my teammates, or volunteering in the community. Im willing to put in more then enough effort to reach my goals and I believe that collegiate track is the way. I have 3 more years to put my self in the best position for me and to go out and make it to Drake and to State in the years to come.

Overall, I'm confident that a collegiate track and field program is the right choice for me. I'm excited to continue pursuing my passion for running and to see where this journey takes me
