I am an upcoming senior at Dodge City High School, I run cross country and track. I want to further my education in the field of nutrition or physical therapy. I’m and currently part of the top 10% male athletes for our strength and conditioning program that has over 300 students. I am a dedicated runner and want to improve my times tremendously over the course of my senior year. I suffered from an injury last year and was only able to run a few meets my previous times clocked in around 20 minutes. I myself have timed, and I and somewhere in the low 19s upper 18s. I want to try and run a sub 18 this year in cross. As for track my coach and I talked about running the 400 as I was one of faster mph testing guys with 20 mph on our flying 10s. I’m looking to help further my education and run at the collegiate level.
