Tommy Secord '17 Recruiting Profile

I'm a 160 lb sprinter from Emporia High School. My two main events include the 100m (11.1 sec.) and the 400m (50.2 sec.). I am, however, experienced in many other events such as high jump (5'10"), long jump (18'6"), and discus (no meet results). I work well with others and love to compete. The Emporia High 4x400m placed 3rd at the Kansas state track & field meet (3rd leg, 2016), as well as the 4x100m which placed 6th (1st leg, 2016).  In the fall, I play football which I am currently positioned at corner and runningback -- running a 4.5 second 40. I am looking for a friendly and welcoming environment that would enable prosperity and growth. I will consider any opportunities that I am offered.
