Growing up my mom didn’t put me in a volleyball class or on a team until I was in third grade. All the other girls were ahead of me and were much more talented than me. Spring of 2017 I started getting serious about volleyball. The amount of effort and love I have for this sport does not compare to the girls that have been playing longer than I have. I want to be the best libero colleges see, so I work hard for what I want. I work hard in school because I know colleges not only want a student athlete to be successful in sports but in school as well. I worked myself all the way up to where I am now and for the future I am going to continue to push myself. I know my potential, so do my coaches, and now all I have to do is prove my potential to everyone else.
