My name is Ethan Emmons. I have been running for as long as I can remember and have always enjoyed it. I have always thought about how cool it would be to run in college and how much better I could get by doing it. My current PR in the 5k for cross country is 17:47 (junior season) and I hope to get that down to around 16:50 by the end of my senior season. Cross country is my main, and favorite sport, but I also do track and swim. My swim times include 1:00 for the 100 freestyle, 1:12 for the 100 backstroke, 2:40 for the 200 IM, and 6:20 for the 500 freestyle. I have only been swimming for two years and have made a lot of progress. I expect my track times to drop a lot this season based on how much time I cut off of my 5k this fall.
