I began running track in 2016, at the age of 12. I participated in baseball and basketball, prior to running track. I was found by Coach Butler, head coach of Beastmode Hardin County, after identifying I had major speed on the basketball court. This is where my track career began. I was invited to join his newly created program, where it allowed me to showcase my talent at a local, state, and national level. I always knew I had the speed, but I did not know that it would take me to the next level, in the sport of Track & Field. I loved that this sport was an individually-based sport. My goal was to represent a school that will improve my performance, as an athlete and a student. My leadership skills in the sport has allowed me to be one of the team captains. I love to help other's with progressing in their weak areas in the sport. Eventhough, track is an individual sport, my goal is to focus on the team's goal, rather than any personal winnings. I have developed a passion for running and looking forward to running at the collegiate level. I'm very coachable, a hard worker, humbly take any criticism to make me a better athlete, as my coaches and parents would always inform me of this. I would love to run for your track team and add to a positive, diverse culture. I know every team is looking for a win, and I'm willing to train and be coach to meet those goals and standards. I would like to goal to school in Kentucky, Texas, Georgia, Louisiana, or Mississippi. I look forward to being a part of your track team and adding my skillset to the team. I currently have a 3.18 GPA and honor roll student. Please feel free to reach out to my parents and I to discuss your team's culture and how I can fit. Thank you.
