Events

  • Camp/Event
  • Regionals - DIV - Region III
  • 11/02/23 to 11/02/23
  • 17:29.5. Qualified for State individually and as a team.
  • Camp/Event
  • Episcopal Round Table Run
  • 9/09/23 to 9/09/23
  • 17:59 for three miles on a very hilly course with temps in the low 90's and humidity even higher. Was not my best run as on this course I ran my personal best last year. This race is loaded with teams only limited to 10 runners. Very difficult to pass and get out of packs. I have run better races for sure, but expect consistent improvements going forward. Especially once the heat becomes less of an issue. Times for this race overall were higher.
  • Camp/Event
  • LHSAA 1A State Championship Meet
  • 5/04/23 to 5/04/23
  • 5:06 - 1600, 2:16 - 800 and 52.7 for my leg of the 4x400.
  • Camp/Event
  • LHSAA Region 3 - D4 State Regionals and State Qualifier
  • 4/24/23 to 4/24/23
  • Qualified for the State Meet in the 800 (2:10), 1600 (5:12) and 4x400 (My leg was 53.7).
  • Camp/Event
  • Hekker Invitational
  • 3/31/23 to 3/31/23

  • Camp/Event
  • St. Martin's TGIF Invitational
  • 3/24/23 to 3/24/23
  • Ran the 400, 800 and 4x400 relay. Finished with a personal best of 1:01 in the 400 and another personal best of 2:12 for the 800. My split was not provided for the 4x400 officially.
  • Camp/Event
  • Post Ides of March Invitational
  • 3/16/23 to 3/16/23
  • Ran 4x400 and 1600. Was not provided with my time for my leg of the relay, but my time for the 1600 was 5:12.
  • Camp/Event
  • LHSAA D4 State Championships
  • 11/14/22 to 11/14/22
  • 17:47 - Measured by GPS watch on three runners at 5K. Finished 20th overall on a horrible day. 40 degrees and had rained all day. We were the 10th and last race of the day in total slop. No rain when the gun went off and downpour shortly after to the end of the race. So heavy that the track where we finished was a large puddle in the turns to run through.
  • Camp/Event
  • LHSAA Region 3 - D4 State Regionals and State Qualifier

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
