Qualifying for nationals my first year of track, and my first 5K run as a 6th grader were the biggest influences for me. The experiences changed my life and made me think of a bright future. As a competitor, I believe my focus and my hard work ethic will lead me to my goals/success. I enjoy motivating those around me, especially those with special needs like autism and ADHD.

The challenges I face during competitions help nurture my growth as a student and as an athlete. I'm equally a hard worker academically as I maintain a 4.2 GPA all while participating in practice/track meets. My academic goals for high school are to maintain a 4.2 GPA or better and continue taking AP college courses towards a Computer Science degree with concentration in Game Design. Indeed, there was one obstacle I had to overcome: autism. It’s one of the defining segments that make me who I am. With my work-ethic, motivation, and focus, I will make a great addition to your team!
