Tristen Pugmire '22 Recruiting Profile

Being a military kid that has had to move around every 4 years of my life, I have a lot of experience with adapting and adjusting.  Sports has been an integral part of helping with that.  I am a dedicated hard worker and I strive to be one of the best at everything I do.  I have been involved with multiple sports since I was 5 years old which have included, (soccer, basketball, lacrosse, track, and football).  In high school I have lettered in 4 different sports.  Basically I do not know how to stay still.  I would love to continue my athletic journey in my pursuit towards a degree in either Athletic Training, Kinesiology or Physical Education.  I want to be able to inspire and motivate others in their athletic pursuits the way others did for me.  I am looking forward to going all in my senior year and making this my best year yet!
