My goal in pursuing athletics at the collegiate level is to take the skills and love I have acquired during my high school track and field career, into my secondary education years. I feel that I have what it takes to commit myself to improving upon the skills and technique that I already have and competing with a much more competitive field of athletes.
I have committed to team mates, coaches, teachers and myself to push myself to raise my GPA and take my academics as seriously as I take my training on the track. I am now majoring in Business Administration at Iowa Western Community college
My family is from New England, specifically Southern Maine. We experience very unique weather patterns which makes training inconsistant and has helped to create my drive to always be better than I was yesterday. I attended at a small high school where I competed on the varsity track and field team both indoor and outdoor seasons as well as play starting halfback and cornerback on the varsity football team.
Thank you for reading about me and I look forward to someday running with your team or competing against them.
