Ryan Connolly '23 Recruiting Profile

Running in my life has shaped who I am as a person. I started running when I was in 3rd grade with my uncles Cross Country team. I quickly grew to love the sport and enjoy my time running with the team. I then picked it up again in middle school where I did Cross Country and began my Track and Field journey. Track and Field made me love the sport of running so much more and made me want to work harder. I dropped my other sports and focus on running in high school. Everyday I show up to practice and work as hard as I can while having a lot of fun with my coaches and my team. I would not change a thing throughout my journey. I know it still is far from over and I have a lot of work ahead but I am very excited for the future and what I know I can do in  the future.
