My name is Miles Jones, and I am a graduated member of the high school Class of 2022. I am a 100m and 200m sprinter with PR's of 10.84 and 23.33. I am an Eagle Scout, member of the National Honor Society, and have held internships with the Sierra Club and a humanitarian non-profit named Nova Ukraine. Next year I will be taking a gap year to study abroad for the year at the American University of Armenia in Yerevan, Armenia, within their Politics and Governance program, and with the hope to gain insight on politics in post-USSR countries while learning Russian and Armenian.
I am still looking for a team and a school to apply to during the next academic year. I am looking for a team with a dedicated group of sprinters that are constantly looking to improve, break school records, win the conference, and improve the program and the prestige of the school throughout their time there. I am hard working, dedicated to track and field, and feed off the ambition of other runners. I do not care what division I compete in in college, but regardless of the level, I strive to be one of the best runners in the conference, region, and possibly nation.
