I have been running cross country since the 6th grade, and my goal is to continue running in college. I realized during my sophomore year that I wanted to continue running at the collegiate level. At that point, my only focus was to fulfill my dream of running in college. I noticed that I don't have very much natural talent, so I have to work harder than my competition in order to beat them. I have a great work ethic, by running 365 days a year, to not putting a single job below me. I have been the leader on my team for three years now, so I can help lead anybody that might need some encouragement or a pep talk. When I graduate high school, I will be ready to continue working hard and racing fast in college.
