My name is Brayden Kennedy and I am class of 2024. Currently, I am a dual sport athlete in the fields of cross country and track & field, and do well in each one respectively. In the summer off-season, I'm part of a local CrossFit gym and attend workouts daily to continue to build a combination of strength and endurance through high-intensity workouts and lifting. Additionally, I tend to do well in school because I make it my primary focus along with my athletics. I want to compete at the collegiate level not only because I find the most joy in running track, but also because I want to make my family and community proud and eventually be able to give back to them. I love to push myself past what I think I can do and feel unsettled if I know I could've done better after I'm done.
