My name is Landon Latham. I am currently a Senior at Livonia Franklin High School. I qualified for the MHSAA State meet last year and this year, making me a 2x state qualifier in cross country. I am a very focused and determined athlete. This is my fourth year on varsity cross country and track. I am a captain of the cross and track team, as I demonstrate strong leadership. My college goals and aspirations is to graduate college to get a Bachelor’s degree in Science to pursue a life-long career in being a Physician Assistant and run for a university.
In addition to sports, my academics is my number one priority. I have a 3.8 GPA. At the moment, I am dual enrolling at Schoolcraft College, I am taking an Advance Medicine Class, and I am taking AP Lit. Outside of my athletic and academic career, I am a member of Student Congress,Honor Roll and a Patriots Relate Leader. I am also the Senior Class Vice President!
I am constantly looking for ways to improve not only my running, but the whole team. I am a hard worker, a good student, and humble. I always encourage my teammates, and push them to be the best athletes they can be.
I am very committed to doing whatever it takes to support my family, coaches, teammates, and the school that I will continue my athletic and academic career. I will represent the school both on and off the field with leadership, integrity, and a strong work ethic. I’m also looking for a coach that is passionate about the sport of running and will push me to my full extent. I’d like to be the best runner and teammate I can be. Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile.
Thank you,
Landon Latham
