2019 HighlightsPersonal Statement
Hi, I'm Connor.
My goal is to earn a college degree in Health Science. As an athlete I am very interested in how the human body works and recovers. Additionally, I have always had an interesting in helping others (I participate in Big Brothers, as a Link Leader for incoming freshman, teach Parkour as a part time job, and was a Junior Football coach).
While the 300M hurdles is my favorite event, I am also a sprinter, and my team’s only pole vaulter. I have competed as a Varsity member since I was a freshman, winning Rookie of the Year as a freshman. I am also part of our League Champion cross-country team.
My coaches have put me though a lot of workouts and taught me many lessons. I developed and expanded traits like dedication and commitment, to name a couple. I am looking for a program that is good for me academically and athletically. With my work ethic and good attitude, I know I can make a positive impact on your team. I have no doubt I have what it takes to be a collegiate athlete.
