I think what makes me a good candidate for anyone’s team is my training background. All of my current PRs were ran on around 20 miles per week of running. I’m more of a speed oriented runner with a 53 second 400 and sub 2:00 800m. I plan to increase my training volume this off season and hopefully have a shot to compete at a national level this fall. The current goals I have for college XC/ Track and Field are to reach my full potential as an athlete and to fill my role on the team.
