- I have had two years of serious training. My first summer was about 25-30 mpw, but my second summer was about 50 mpw.

- Each winter I have ran more. 1st year 10-15mpw, 2nd-20mpw, and 3rd so far is around 30-35mpw (I come from a small town in Minnesota, so it is sometimes hard to always get the winter miles. I have also been adding in some strength training for this winter to build my upper body to help with my running form.
