What has influenced my life the most has been my Dad's job. Being a son of a Army officer has highly impacted the way I see the world. I have lived oversea for 15 years , now just recently been living in the U.S for 2 years. Moving 8 times intottal in my life and attending to 8 different school I have appreciated how much of the world I have experienced with also traveled to 5 of the 7 continents. I became interested in Cross Country when I was in 4th grade , my dad was deployed to Afghanistan and when he came back i wanted to be able to run with him in the morning before he went to work. So I joined the cross country team on base in Germany and ever since I have fell in loved with running, I was hooked. Since then I have also had the chance to train with Ethiopian Olympic runners and trainers in Ethiopia when i lived there and have won two state championships with the Saint Patrick Catholic High School cross country team. Since I have been running I discovered running was a great way for me to clear my mind and feel at peace momentarily. I also have learned that I'm not one to turn down a tough workout and that everyday should be to improve myself. My academic goals for high school is to keep my 3.0 GPA and to improve my GPA at the end of my high school career. My academic goals for college is to come out of college with MBA. Some Obstacles I have overcome in the past has moving around alot and also being teased and beaten up in highschool, that has changed me by making me want to be my involved in my community and school and has allowed me to stop caring what people think or say about me. Some unique characteris I have is I never give up and I'm always up for improvement.
