Isaac Young '20 Recruiting Profile

I have been competing in track and Field since before the 6th grade, and I have continued my progression with school and club track successfully both at the Missouri high school and National levels.  My parents have done a very good job of instilling in me the importance of taking care of my body and mind for both the short term competition, and the long run of my track and field career.  My family has been in the track and field world since before I was born, both of my parents were D1 collegiate track athletes at the University of Missouri, and my father continues to coach at Depaul University as the Head Cross country coach.    

By attending college, I have aspirations of progressing myself both academically and athletically.  I'm a team player and really enjoy a team oriented atmosphere. I look forward to growing even more as an individual as well as a student and teammate.
