As an athlete, I come from a school where not much is offered team-wise and you rarely have enough for a team. Also, it makes training that much harder because you don't really have anyone to push you besides yourself and mentally it is very tough. But never the less I have tried my best to be the most successful athlete I can be with my few resources to give kids where I live a dream and hope that they can do the same by working hard for it. What makes me a good candidate is I will try my best to help everyone on the team in every little and big way possible whether it is with homework or emotional support and just being there so they have someone to talk to, I apologize if it seems like I'm just ranting on but I would like to be the best hard worker I can be and give the people and children a hope that they can make it and I will work as hard as I can and go through all the pain necessary to show them that I can make them proud.
