Andrew Rush '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Andrew Rush, I am currently a Junior at Mission High School in Montana.  Last year as a Sophomore I was All-State in Cross Country and Track.  I placed 15th last year at The State Class B Cross Country Meet with a PR of 17:59 that season, this season I currently have a PR of 16:42 and I am ranked #1 in the state for class B.  Last year at The Class B State Track and Field Meet I placed 2nd in the 1600 M, 3rd in the 800M, and 4th in the 3200M as a Sophomore.  

As for College I am interested in studying Ecology/ Wildlife Management or something in that general Field.  I am also very interested in running at the next level in college, I am pretty open and just waiting for the right opportunity to see what college best fits me, but I do have lots of interest in Montana State, Wyoming University, Dickinson State, and more colleges near the Northwest.

I feel that I am a very coachable athlete and I'm open to different ideas, I have had several coaches with different styles of coaching. I feel that I'm also honest and straight forward as a person and athlete, when I say I'm gonna go do something, I go out there and get it done.
