Hello, my name is Alex Metz, and I compete to be the best. Nothing makes me feel more alive than competing against those at the highest level and giving it everything I have. Winning isn't just something I want but something I need, and I will work day in and day out to improve and become the best version of myself until I win.

  • I train 6 days a week at my high school's track where I do work speed and endurance workouts Wednesday and Saturday and do technique on Mondays and Friday's. On Tuesday and Thursday's I go on a 25 minute run to get my legs turning over and blood flowing.
