Hello. I am Taso Gallos, a junior at Bergen County Academies, ranked the #5 Public High School in the nation by niche.com. The traits that I believe best set me apart from other athletes is my experimental training, and my ability to manage high athletic and academic demand. I like to listen to different people’s interpretations on how to best train, coaches and authors alike, and attempt to integrate their specific views into my routine as effectively as possible. I aim to run at least a 4:12 1600m and a 9:20 3200m by the time I complete college - goals that will be difficult to attain, but that I believe are valid with my work ethic.
