Joseph Mucci '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Joey Mucci and I am currently a junior at Mountain Lakes High School. I have been running since 8th grade and have been steadily improving. The camaraderie and sense of accomplishment that running has given me over the past couple of years has been invaluable, and I wish to continue running throughout college and beyond. I am quite driven and have had the privilege of seeing some of my teammates continue to pursue their passion while in college. I value being a leader for my team, so I can guide underclassmen just as I was guided when I began my career as a runner. In addition, academics are quite important to me,  and a college that can provide a good balance of academics and athletics is what I am looking for.
