First off, thank you for looking at my profile. It truly means a lot to me. My name is Ahmed Elmogi and I am currently a Junior at West Windsor Plainsboro North High School in Plainsboro New Jersey. I am sprinter and run the 400 and 200 with the 400 being my main event. Academics are very important to me, and they are what I first look at in a school. I aspire to major in engineering and hope to move onto Law School in order to become a patent lawyer.
The majority of my sophomore year I was out with a hamstring injury and was able to only run one open 400 which is why my open time is slower than my relay split. Upon returning from injury my teammates and I focused on qualifying for nationals in different events. Due to this, I only ran the 400 in relays. We were able to qualify for mixed 4x400 and DMR. I ran a 50.48 FAT 400 meter split and we ended up placing 15th overall.
Track has helped me build perseverance, patience, and other traits I believe to be important in ones character. I hope to continue to build on these traits, set new PRs, and help my team win through out my Collegiate career.
Thank you again for viewing my profile, and I hope you will consider me as a recruit for your team and school.
