Fredrick Ford '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello coaches! My name is Fredrick and I am not a regular track athlete, Ive only had 2 years of track experience but I have worked up to become one of the top track and field athletes in the nation. I belive my work ethic and leadership can improve any team by an incredible margin and my academic perseverance and climb from my freshman year shows how much of a dedicated athlete I am. I am aiming to improve and I am already training to compete in April (I am writing this in August) Last but not least I am coachable, Ive learned through these two years to take my coaches advice and learn as much as I can, thank you for taking time out of your day to view my profile and I look forward to the next step in my Athletic and Academic career.
