Maximilian Emenheiser '21 Recruiting Profile

    I have a very big dream to compete at the collegiate level for cross country and track. I am very determined to reach my goals and I enjoy pushing myself very hard to do so. I started cross country in seventh grade. I have been on my high school’s varsity cross country team for three years starting in eighth grade. I have been awarded the letter award all three years and 1st Team All Conference for both my freshman and sophomore seasons of cross country.  And, I was the team captain during my junior year.  Because our school was in between conferences during the 2019-20 season, we did not have the opportunity to receive conference awards but I was awarded MVP.  Even with the challenges of Covid-19, I am going to be doing a lot more cross country training and I look forward to having a great season in my senior year. I enjoy running with my team because we constantly push each other and I love having support like this. I also enjoy encouraging and motivating the junior varsity cross country team. I strive to be a better person by helping my community through service projects in Key Club and other activities.
