I am a 5'8 400 meter runner from Ashe County, NC, a rural county in the northwest corner of the state. I've competed for 5 years, and I'm an all-conference 2A state champion with a time of 47.99 seconds. I have a 3.9 unweighted GPA and I'm ranked 10th in my class.
I'm looking to go to a larger, D1 university where I could be challenged athletically and academically. Schools in the Southeast with a reputable biology program are my primary target. I could be a good asset for a school because I work hard and stay on top of my academics. Athletically, I've demonstrated that I can rise up to the challenge of competing at a higher level.
