Here are some times and jumps I have recorded throughout my offseason training:
Static 10yd sprint: 1.66s
Static 20yd sprint: 2.78s
10yd fly: 0.95s
Vertical Jump: 36.5in
I have been running track for two seasons. I ran my 8th grade year and my sophomore year. I missed my freshman year due to the pandemic. The progress I have made in the sport with my little experience has been impressive. I qualified for state my first season in high school. I’m a good student and an amazing teammate. I train all year round and even play football to stay competitive. Currently I am training with Sanford Power’s speed camp to prepare for my junior season. I believe I have what it takes to compete at the next level.
