Hello, my name is Ali Reza and I am a Junior at Metro Early College High School, but I do track for Hilliard Davidson High School. I have dreams like many others to become a college athlete whether it's on a scholarship, or as a walk-on. What makes me different compared to other track athletes? I'm not sure nor do I care as I'm focused on myself and grind everyday in the name of God and for my family so I can make them proud. The 2020-21 season was my very first experience on the track field and I really enjoyed making new friends and putting in work for my school. This season ended early for me as injuries kept me away from the game so I focused on recovery during the past offseason. This year, I plan on trying to shave off 1 second off my 100m and 2 seconds on my 200m. This season will be important to me as I want to use the progress I made and carry it over to my senior year. On the academic side, I have been taking advanced classes and hope to keep it going during my senior year. I really hope you consider me as an athlete for your school! If you wish to contact me, contact me via phone as I am not an NCSA member.
