Personal Statement
In college I would like to run cross country and track and improve my own personal bests while setting new bests on new distances. As a member of the team I would follow the exact plans from the coaches to ensure I improve myself in a fast and efficient way. I am a good leader on my current running teams, I make sure everyone stays motivated and stays included and pushes it on the workouts, never giving less than their all. I like to lead by example. I always make sure everyone's voice is heard as the team captain and I'm also open to any ideas on how to grow as a person, athlete and leader too.
