- 3 years of Varsity cross country and track, 2 years of middle school track, 2 years of junior varsity basketball.

- Cross Country: Freshman year consisted of early offseason training to building up endurance for a sport I have never done before. I ended up with 300 miles for mileage club within about 2 months along with the training afterwards. Sophomore year consisted of 343 miles for mileage club along with stronger and faster workouts once it was clear that I would be our number one guy. My Junior year was when I really made an effort to put in a lot more work. Hitting 450 miles for mileage club along with two a days for the season with faster and longer workouts with extra core and strength training. After that season I really saw what I could do and my seasons accomplishments reflect my training effort. For track the mileage was cut down and put into more speed related workouts to be more quick on the track. Middle school track was obviously much less than that.
