Hello, my name is Jayden J. Ortiz, I am a 17 year old male attending Wooster High School. My goals for College is to attend a D1/D2 school for Track and Field, wanting to major in Arts Management and Entrepreneurship . What makes me a good canadite for any team is that my hard work and dedication to what I do and the way I can keep pushing forward no matter the cause or what's trying to hold me back, an example of this is my freshman year I had broken my ankle and didn't know it, I kept running on my broken ankle full speed and force making it worse and worse it finally got to the point to where I couldn't run anymore and end to the doctors and found out it was broken and was out for the whole season. During my time out I still had watched film and and study the way to get better at running track and learning things I didn't know at first. Once I was all healed and got back from therapy I went back to work and came out stronger and better at what I did at first. Another example of this is that this year my 10th grade year I torn my left groin but still ran all year and Made it to districts but while I was injured I was still being careful to look after myslef. After hearing all this I'm trying to prove that I will work hard no matter what and love to push myself maybe a little to much but love this sport named Track and Field. I would also say that in the classroom I am very spontaneous and have earned an honor from NSHSS.
